Planner Role

Salary: £60,000.00-£75,000.00 per year

My client, a leading construction firm with an excellent name within the industry, are currently seeking a Planner with a solid construction background.

The construction planner will be:

Proficient in understanding of programmes across NEC/ECC and JCT.
Preconstruction involvement and tender programmes
Development of programmes from first principles
Updating of contract programmes on live projects
Submission of NEC compliant programmes for acceptance
Ownership of programmes throughout the project
Continuous analysis and recovery analysis
Integration of works instructions into programmes for submission
Capable of planning and scheduling infrastructure and new build projects.
Programme to support claims.

Alongside this you will be an effective communicator with a positive, passionate and engaging approach when supporting and educating the business.
